HÜMEND is a 5 piece metal band, formed by well-established mid-west musicians in 2013. Drawing inspiration from traditional rock and metal acts, as well as the ‘Big 4’ bands from the golden age of metal, HÜMEND mixes older styles with modern influence. Their brutal, yet melodic riffs and progressive song structures set the band apart from many of their contemporaries.


Based in the South Bend, Indiana area, HÜMEND have gained national attention by opening for Megadeth’s David Ellefson, Michael Angelo Batio, Act of Defiance (feat. Former members of Megadeth, Shadows Fall, and Scar The Martyr), Blue Felix and many others.
